input 태그 버튼 value 는 버튼안 텍스트 button 태그 버튼 태그사이에 뭐든 넣을 수 있어 더 유연하게 쓸 수 있고 나중에 나온 기능. 이 타입을 쓰는 것이 더 선호됨
